1. Eat a more fiber filled diet regularly. These to include
more fresh fruits, leafy vegetables, cereals and whole grain
bread.
2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

5. When you feel the need to have a bowel movement, do it
immediately or as soon as possible. Do not delay for long
