You may have Internal Hemorrhoids without knowing it.
Here's why..

Internal Hemorrhoids are simply those hemorrhoids found
inside the anus or lower rectum. Basically they lie beneath the
anal or rectal lining. Internal hemorrhoids are mainly
unnoticeable unless they protrudes out.
The general symptoms of internal hemorrhoids usually shows
up as occasional bleeding after defecation or red blood on
toilet paper when wiping oneself.
In most cases, they are never painful because they remain
inside the anus. However, some of them can prolapse or protrude
outside the anus and becomes sore and irritated. These
prolapsed hemorrhoids can also be pushed back into the anus
manually or by its own.
Studies have shown that men are more likely to suffer from
internal or prolapsed hemorrhoids.
Note: Although hemorrhoids is the correct spelling, we still
encounter many incorrect ways that people spell it. Here are
some variations haemorrhoids, haemorrhoid, hemoroids and
hemoroid.
