Looking for the answers to what is hemorrhoid ?

The Question: What is Hemorrhoid?
The Answer: Hemorrhoids are painful conditions caused by
vein swelling inside and outside the anal sphincter. They look
like varicose veins in the legs. Another name for hemorrhoids
is Piles.
Hemorrhoids are one of the most common ailment found in both
men and women. Many would suffer in silence for many years
rather than seeking the doctor's help. Maybe they know what is
hemorrhoid and that it is not a life threatening issue.
If the hemorrhoids are inside the rectum, they are called
internal hemorrhoids. Some internal hemorrhoids can be found
protruding outside the anus and are called prolapsed
hemorrhoid. Those that are under the skin around the anus are
called external hemorrhoid.
The main reason people do not want to see the doctor
regarding their hemorrhoids problems is because they anticipate
a painful hemorrhoid surgery or just pure ambarassement. Who
wouldn't be?
Note: Although hemorrhoids is the correct spelling, we still
encounter many incorrect ways that people spell it. Here are
some variations hemmeroids, hemmeroid, hemrroids and
hemrroid.
